Blessed!

This morning Marian and I woke up early to go spend a day at the vatican. Today is Wednesday, and what happens on Wednesday? The pope comes out! and blessed us! It was really exciting, but we didn't get to go inside because the crowds were so crazy. It was definitely well worth the hike, though, and we're going to go back tomorrow morning when hopefully it'll be a little less packed.

We're kind of embarrassed though, because we walked right past the vatican and completely missed it. How do you miss the vatican?
